Can i buy directly from O Design?

O Design does not sell directly to the client. Consult the supplier list posted on this site.

Is it possible to repair acrylic?

Yes, acrylic can be repaired. Refer to the list.

What is the difference between the water-jet system and the air-jet system?

The air-jet system offers a soothing massage while the water-jet system directly massages muscle area.

Is it essential to have access to the blower and pump?

Yes, it is important to allow access to the blower and pump area in the event that repairs or part replacement is required.

Air-jet system - follow these instructions if the jets need to be cleaned:

           1. Gently remove cap.

           2. Close bottom drain.

           3. Start highspeed system.

           4. Using a screwdriver handle, gently tap jet to remove ball-bearing.

           5. Clean inside of jet and ball-bearing with alcohol.

           6. Reassemble the system.

Can oils, soaps or salts damage the system?

To avoid damage, it is important to drain the system after each use.

The shower top seems offset.

If the shower top appears to be offset in any way, make sure that the top is well attached to the ceiling with the hook and bend iron supplied by the installer.

Is it neccessary to install a mortar base?

Our showers and baths are designed in order not to require a mortar base. However,to ensure proper floor level, we strongly recommend a mortar base.
